Microquanta announces 24.12% efficiency of 19.48cm² perovskite solar modules

Microquanta has announced that it has achieved a conversion efficiency of 24.12% on small perovskite solar modules with a size of 19.48cm², certified by Fujian Metrology Institute of China’s National PV Industry Measurement and Testing Center, an authorized third party testing organization.

The efficiency of this perovskite module reportedly reached 23.93% for MPPT under STC, and its conversion efficiency reached 23.62% for forward scan and 24.12% for reverse scan under STC.

This is the fourth time that Microquanta achieved efficiency breakthroughs in small and medium area perovskite modules. Previously, the company achieved 23.65% efficiency for 19.38 cm² mini modules, 21.5% for 766 cm² medium size perovskite modules and 21.86% for 810 cm² medium size perovskite modules. These achievements highlight Microquanta’s continued innovation and leadership in perovskite photovoltaic technology.

This certification not only demonstrates the repeatability of Microquanta’s technology, but also its potential for large-scale production. It further solidifies the technical foundation for the official launch of the GW-level mass production line, bringing the company one step closer to realizing high-volume, efficient perovskite module manufacturing.
