Suzhou Maxwell Technologies (Maxwell Technologies) is an equipment manufacturer integrating mechanical design, electrics research & development, software development, and precision manufacturing. 

Dedicated to the solar PV and display industries, the Company develops, manufactures and sells core intelligent high-end equipment, including full-automatic solar cell metallization line, HJT high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing solution, OLED film laser cutting equipment, Micro LED wafer equipment, etc.

Relying on three key technologies i.e. vacuum, laser and precision equipment, the Company has successfully developed various core equipment through independent R&D and technological innovation, sticks to the top technical standard, explores persistently and strives to become a benchmark of segmented industries in the pan-semiconductor industries, and facilitates the progress of intelligent manufacturing technology.

In March 2024, Maxwell held the groundbreaking ceremony for its HJT perovskite tandem cell equipment facility, located in Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.

In June 2025, Maxwell announced plans to raise funds for a new perovskite tandem solar cell equipment project.
